Why join BMMC? – Brisbane Model Marine Club membership gives model powerboating enthusiasts the opportunity to run their boats with like-minded people at exclusive fresh water lakes close to Brisbane. Beginners are able to draw on the extensive knowledge and experience of seasoned members to help them obtain the best from their boats. Once a month the club runs non-competitive Test and Tune days when all members can run their boats purely for the enjoyment. Club race days cater for the competitive boaters who can race in a controlled environment against boats of the same type or class.
Brisbane Model Marine is an affiliated club of the Australian Model Power Boating Association. (AMPBA)
Membership Fees: 12 months membership (July to June)
$50.00 – BMMC adult membership click on the BMMC membership application form on the documents page
$60.00 AMPBA levy, you must join simultaneously via the AMPBA web site portal – use the Join Now button.
Junior (8-16 age) $20 to BMMC + $20 via AMPBA portal
Sub-Junior (2-7 age) $5 to BMMC + $5 via AMPBA portal
Pit Person $5 to BMMC + $5 via AMPBA portal
Trialling Day only – $10 per day to BMMC + $10 via AMPBA portal
Half year membership is available for Adult members only if joining after December 31st, both for the BMMC & AMPBA is half the cost.

If you decide to join BMMC you will need to complete a club Membership Application Form available for download on the Documents page and AMPBA web site portal. – Australian Model Power Boating Association. (AMPBA), and return the AMPBA receipt to the BMMC Committee along with the club applicable fee.
